What * Where * When * How * Why

Metrolina booth --- BIG show, lots of fun.  Met lots of people, had lots of laughs and got lots of sun!
PERFECT!

The Mr. making boxes of reclaimed vintage wood and windows.  They turned out VERY cool!

20 gozillion German Glass Glitter letter magnets, and 10 gozillion clothes pins stamped with vintage French stamps, but not pictured because I forgot to take photos of them ...

One of the finished window cabinets with newspaper from 1949 decoupaged on the inside.

How creative that man is!  I love it when he uses his powers for good! ;-)

A burlap and flour sack table runner ... light and summery.

This one was very long and looked great!  I will be making some others soon.

It doesn't seem to matter to blogger what I do with this photo, it is going to post it sideways, so here you are! yoyo tea towel tipped to the left!  Anyway, these were very cute and happy!  Will be making more of these too.

Paul took some foundry pieces (wooden molds for steel items) and they sold like hotcakes!  He also had some old tin ceiling tiles that were hot sellers.  The man is good I tell you!

Painted furniture filled our booth, and of course it was all redone with Annie Sloan's chalk paint and wax.  It looked fab out there in the beautiful open air.  Made me want to furnish my yard.  Is that weird?  Anyway, also the art (98%) is Tammy's beautiful stuff!  So very whimsical and happy.  Go  HERE for her website and to see her stuff on Etsy.  She's amazing, and then some!

And this is what I've been doing.  It was a four day show.  It was a big preparation, a big load in and a big lot of fun!  It is rewarding when people love what you have to offer!  Today we are a tad tired.  But it is a beautiful day to celebrate being alive. And that is what I will be doing today.  A living celebration.  And I'm going to be doing some counting ... of all the blessings I have in my life.   After all, Easter is the beginning of new life!  I like to think of it as a new start every year.  So, here I go!
Blessings to all!
